All access and use of the services available through our internet servers and our web site (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
The Services are provided “as is” with no warranties. If, however any product (CD or book) is in damaged condition when delivered to you, it will be replaced immediatiely upon return of merchandise and receipt.

We welcome you to shop using our online store and shopping cart! Amora Creations LLC and its affiliates provide their service to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Amora Creations LLC or are sent or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. If you receive E-mail communications from us it is only by your consent, your sign-up, or a family or friend that has signed you up.
We do not buy or sell any E-mail lists. Your E-mails are 100% safe with us and will not be shared.electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
PRODUCT PURCHASE
Seller will not be responsible for and no liability shall result to Seller or any of its Affiliates for any delays in delivery or in performance which result from any circumstances beyond Seller’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Product unavailability, carrier delays, custom delays or delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, embargo, acts of God or acts or laws of any government or agency. Any shipping dates or completion dates provided by Seller or any purported deadlines contained in a Statement of Work or any other document are estimates only.
How to Place an Order
Placing an order or registering for the QAH-Certification Program & workshops is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
Add an item / service to your shopping bag by clicking one of the “add to cart” or “buy now” buttons next to the item you wish to purchase. You can review what’s in your basket at anytime, simply by clicking the “Cart Contents” or “Shopping Cart” buttons.
When you’re finished and you’re ready to checkout, click on “checkout.” If you already have an account, simply log in. If not, go ahead and create one by clicking the “New Customer” button.
Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been completed. Please note: registration deadline for QAH-CP is three days before start of event.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an online order confirmation and then an e-mail following the placement of your order that confirms that your order was received and has been approved. At this time we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. As well as check and Paypal. Money orders and checks are accepted for mail orders in US funds only. For customers from Europe we accept payments in European Currency, Euro Dollars, directly into our bank account (Banküberweisung). Please send an email to

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Arizona.
Shipping
Actual shipping cost: depending on the weight of the package and destination we charge what we pay the carrier. The average shipping cost per 1 book within the US is: $ US 3.50.
Handling cost: This can include the cost of packaging materials and insurance cost, if any.
Pricing Information; Availability Disclaimer
Seller reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing. Pricing will not change once a product or service is purchased by the original purchaser for product or service procured at the exact time of purchase.
Seller reserves the right to make changes to Products and Service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes, supplier price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability and the availability of personnel to perform the services. Therefore, Seller cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Customer’s orders for any of the preceding reasons, however buyer will be notified within 5 business days of any of the above shall occur. If Services are being performed on a time and materials basis, any estimates provided by Seller are for planning purposes only.
Credits/Refunds
Any credit issued by Seller to Customer is up to the discretion of the Seller and for good reason. Any damaged products must be returned to seller within 10 business days, along with a receipt and reason for return. A credit will be issued within 5 business days of receipt.
QAH-Certification Programs, Webinars and Classes
QAH-Certification Programs/ Webinars/ Classes Policy: 5 -10 business days before the workshop, Quantum Angel Healing Certification Program 1/2 is refundable, 0-4 business days before the workshop, QAH-CP or Private Session or a no show is non refundable.
All classes, once booked by Client will not be refunded under any circumstances once the classes have begun and the Client has engaged in at least one class. Each party (client or student) agrees to hold the Teachers copyright and confidential information confidential for life, following the date of disclosure, unless there is a request to use certain portions of the work in an interview or article and the request has been granted in writing by the Teacher or in this case anyone represented by Amora Creations LLC
PRIVATE SESSIONS: All private sessions once booked may be postponed only, within a 24 hour period of time. Once a private session is complete, no refunds will be issued. All sessions must be paid for at time of booking appointment.
If for any reason, the Seller cannot perform the duties as promised for the private session, due to personal reasons a refund will be issued.
This does not include technology issues, interferences, or client unable to follow through with appointment, unless otherwise notified that a postponement is necessary.
Travel
All travel, seminars or gatherings created by Amora Creations LLC once purchased by Client will not be refunded unless there is circumstance beyond Clients control due to death or documented illness or the inability for Seller to perform travel due to death, illness, acts of God, or any inability to travel at the time therefore specified. Seller reserves the right to change dates and times of original Travel, Seminar or Gathering. If this is not in accordance with Sellers plans, a refund will be given within 10 business days.
COPYRIGHT
All content included on this site, such as, newsletters, transmssions, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital/audio downloads, transcripts, data compilations, radio content, and software, is the property of Amora Creations LLC or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Eva-Maria Mora with copyright authorship for this collection by Amora Creations LLC and protected by international copyright laws.
TRADE MARKS
Eva-Maria Mora´s and Amora Creations LLC´s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Eva-Maria Mora or Amora Creations LLC in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Maureen Moss, Inc.

However, Amora Creations LLC shall not be responsible for any events or circumstances beyond its control which limit such availability, including, but not limited to, electrical, telephone, or telecommunications failures or interruptions and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
Amora Creations LLC will make reasonable efforts to protect the integrity of the data stored on our servers, using accepted industry standards of internet security and network administration. Amora Creations LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damages from delays, or service interruptions, or Acts of God.
Amora Creations LLC does not guarantee the backup of any data stored on our servers. Amora Creations LLC may maintain backups for internal use by Amora Creations LLC only.

Amora Creations LLC services may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree that Amora Creations LLC may, without refund, discontinue access to your account or terminate your account at any time in the event you violate or fail to observe our terms and conditions of service. Amora Creations LLC reserves the right to modify or amend such terms and conditions in the future from time to time. You agree to the privacy of other users and organizations; for example, users shall not intentionally seek information on, obtain copies or modify files, other data or passwords belonging to other users, or represent themselves as another user unless explicitly authorized to do so by that user.
“Spam” (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail) is not allowed in any way. Anybody caught sending spam to or from an e-mail account or social networking web page hosted Amora Creations LLC will be reported to various anti-spam organizations and, if applicable, legal action will be taken.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Amora Creations LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Amora Creations LLC and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Amora Creations LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Amora Creations LLC itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Amora Creations LLC, reserves the right to change, without notice, all services, including, but not limited to, access procedures, hours of operation, menu structures, commands, documentation and services offered. Amora Creations LLC offers a good faith assurance that such service changes will not be made except to improve Amora Creations LLC level of service.
Amora Creations LLC may modify the terms and conditions hereof. Your use of Amora Creations LLC resources after such notice shall constitute your acceptance of the modifications of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous:
If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect.
These legal terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
